GRIND started as a passion project among a group of people who wanted something more than just another imported-tasting protein bar. We wanted something that represents the Pinoy daily hustle — something you can eat between training, class, work, commute, repeat. The idea was to create a snack that feels natural yet powerful enough to fuel an active lifestyle. We made small batches, asked friends and family for feedback, and learned from food technologists to refine every recipe. What began as an experiment has evolved into a movement — bars built by people who know the GRIND.
We’re still improving, still testing, and still grounded by the same mission: to craft real, functional food made for those who do extra — while staying true to Filipino flavor and GRIND.
